Thanks very much Rebecca. I’ve seen the herd since (14+) but yes, this was quite something. The movement of his head to fix my position was fascinating.

Thanks Amy. Yes, such a direct encounter was quite something. And yesterday, through the trees, I came across the full herd. Again some mutual inspection, at a greater distance, and then they moved on. I counted 14, but there may have been more.
