I am looking forward to getting to know more of your work! I am fascinated by asemic work and have always longed to be able to express myself through visual art. But... this is one area where I'm learning to sit back and enjoy. The use of space here really intrigues me-as much as the text itself as a poem. Almost like a collage, and so, almost like rain drops. And now I'm going on...
Thank you! Last Sunday I posted a link to the Danish poet Morten Søndergaard. He has worked with Stephen Fowler, who teaches workshops on asemic poetry. I really was awful at it, but it was a lot of fun. And I met some great artists.
Thank you ☺️ I love the idea of inhaling… I’ve been slow to connect your mysterious pen name with your email. Of course now I see it! Anyway it really is lovely to have your company here.
Hi Michela, A wonderful, rich prose in this first newsletter of yours I've received. I expect to receive your book very soon and my appetite is duly whetted. Can't wait! I appreciate your writing so much in just a few examples I've been lucky to read, so I look forward to reading more.
Hi Matt, thank you for your kind words - they’ve brought a smile to my face and are a nice start to the day. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed reading and hopefully your ‘New Topography’ will soon clear customs and arrive with you.
Michela, I received 'New Topography yesterday. I went through the first half slowly to soak it in. Rich and intimate. A wonderful perspective into who you are. Looking forward to the other half tonight.
Hi Matt, so glad it’s arrived safely and that you’re enjoying reading it. I guess it’s probably the most personal writing I’ve put out there… Thanks for your kind comments.
exquisite poem. Thank you.
Thank you Ren, I’m glad you enjoyed it. I’m new to playing with the form of words, but it makes me curious, and that’s wonderful encouragement.

Thanks Ren, fascinating! That’s given me something to think about 🙂
What a poem! I imagine that too, for sure.
Thanks Martin. I spent a couple of happy hours in the moss yesterday. After the downpour it seemed pretty happy.
Just wonderful. Love being introduced to new interesting artists, books and listening adventures. Also enjoying your book. Inhaling.

Hi Michela
Thanks for sharing the link to Scotland voice Listening as I write to you even though I do find some of the accents difficult.
Also the art of Chris Ruston. I love seeing how different people are making art that is so very different from the 'usual'
Here in Sydney autumn is creeping in.
